You’ll prepare financial statements, support audits, and analyze manufacturing costs while collaborating across teams to improve processes and performance. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements

• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis for manufacturing operations

• Analyze profitability, pricing, and performance trends

• Support audits, internal reporting, and process improvements

• Collaborate with finance and operations to drive better decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus)

• 3 -6 years of accounting or financial analysis experience

• Strong Excel and ERP skills (MOVEX preferred)

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills
