We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen our team in China.
This should be responsible for Chemical Processing Units and Project sales in specified region, focus on energy and petrochemical, fine chemical business industry. Represent IPCO in front of customers as Key account manager, implement market development and sales activities to reach sales target.
Perform SWOT analysis for responsible territory& market in chemistry industry, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
Aggressively exploit the responsible territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
Full responsibility of handling projects from beginning of enquiry-> project follow up->final order, by support of engineering department.
Plan and organize visits and sales activities to existing and potential customers with feedback timely.
Actively promote the product range with emphasis on the priority products, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values.
Prepare customer offers based on the "internal" offer from the engineering team.
Handle the complaint from customers and coordinate with responsible after sales team to solve the problem.
Take active part in projects through teamwork within the IPCO organization.
Ensure prompt follow up of overdue accounts receivable with regular feedback.
Participate in fairs and marketing events of importance for the region.
Feedback customer and market demands.
Negotiation and finalization of contract.
Work closely with engineering team to ensure delivery the equipment as customer expectation.
Follow up order processing and assistance to project management after order transfer to engineering & production with awareness of quality improvement and precision of delivery to meet customer' s expectation.
Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers and designing institutes, sensitive to potential business opportunities.
Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior.

Good skills with Microsoft tools.

Fluent English in written and verbal.
Strong Negotiation skills and confidence.
Prioritize tasks objective-oriented, knowledge of project management.
Can read mechanical drawings and chemical process flow diagram (PFD).
Good knowledge of mechanical manufacturing/ Chemical processing.
Ability to work independently.
Quick response and efficient working style.

Sense of project hunting
Work experience at least 3 years as technical sales in mechanical or chemical industry for capital equipment.
Bachelor's degree, chemical mechanism or chemical process background prefer.
