Sales Engineer
We are now looking for a Sales Engineer to strengthen our team in China.
Job Purpose:
This should be responsible for WBP belts in specified region. Represent IPCO in front of customers as sales engineer, implement market development and sales activities to reach sales target.
Main Responsibilities
- Full responsibility of handling WBP belts sales from beginning of enquiry->price calculation > prepare proposal >follow up->final order, payment collection A/R.
- Responsible for yearly sales development and growth plan on product account assigned to ensure it aligned with department even company sales strategy
- Monitor and analyses sales activities against targets and provides timely feed-back to sales manager regarding growth development and performance.
- Effectively and actively visit existing and potential customers to gain a clear understanding of customers' business and product needs.
- Initiate and coordinates action plans to grow existing customers/market and to penetrate new customers/markets
- Maintains close contact with production units, and relative internal departments to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and internal profitability
- Use Dynamics 365 actively as customer database
- Be aware and fully understand the Power of IPCO, EHS and Quality system in place in the company
- Ensure prompt follow up of overdue accounts receivable
- Participate in fairs and marketing events of importance for the region
- Gather information and provide feed-back on competitor activities.
- Conduct market research through the use of multiple resource avenues in order to find new prospective customers.
- Visit trade shows and customer training seminars
- Other duties as assigned

Travel Requirements

Minimum of 50% travel which will mainly be domestic but could also include international travel.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be skilled at Microsoft Office software
- Good communication skill for product feature, price coordination, aftermarket, payment and delivery
- Solid sales knowledge and professional sales skill
- Solid time management and priority skill
- Team sprite and hard-working in an efficient way
- Quick learning and fast growing to integrate into the company
Experience

Minimum 3 years' related experience in the sales area with excellent sales sense
- Experience in WBP Industry
- Experience in MNC
Education
- Bachelor's degree
