Global Parts Manager
IPCO is looking for a Global Parts Manager (m/f/d) in Germany to develop and grow the parts, upgrades and refurbishment business across all technologies.

We are therefore looking for a Global Parts Manager (f/m/d) to strengthen our Global Aftermarket team in Germany. In this role, you will turn customer insights and commercial expertise into customer value and profitable aftermarket growth.
As the Global Parts Manager, you will shape and develop IPCO’s global offering for spare parts, upgrades, and refurbishment across all technologies. You will work across regions and functions, influencing decisions ranging from portfolio development and pricing to go-to-market strategy and global service levels.
Main Responsibilities
Drive the global growth and profitability of IPCO's spare parts, upgrades, and refurbishment business.
Develop and manage the global spare parts portfolio based on customer needs, market insights, installed-base opportunities, and lifecycle requirements.
Define and implement global pricing, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
Identify growth opportunities through customer, market, and business analysis and translate insights into commercial actions.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and regional organisations to ensure successful execution.
Define and govern global service level agreements between supplying and sales units to balance customer responsiveness, parts availability, and profitability.

Requirements
Documented experience in developing and growing an aftermarket business.
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline, combined with strong technical understanding. Alternatively, eight to ten years of relevant experience in industrial aftermarket management.
Strong commercial understanding and the ability to connect customer needs with portfolio, pricing, sales, and supply chain decisions.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and deliver measurable business improvements.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate customer and installed-base data into commercial actions.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
A strategic mindset combined with a practical, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach.
Fluent written and spoken German and English.
Willingness to travel internationally, approximately 25%.
Meritorious
Experience with installed base analytics, portfolio optimisation, or lifecycle management.
Experience with aftermarket pricing, inventory optimisation, and service level management.
Experience developing upgrades, refurbishment programmes, or other lifecycle offerings.
Proficiency in CRM, ERP, Power BI, or service management platforms.
Familiarity with digital aftermarket solutions, predictive maintenance, or connected services.
