Digital Growth Manager
JOB MISSION
IPCO is advancing its digital transformation, expanding from traditional marketing to a fully data-driven customer engagement strategy. The mission of this role is to strengthen our digital marketing ecosystem, leveraging analytics, automation, and precision targeting to accelerate business growth across both existing and emerging market segments.
Today, less than 10% of IPCO’s demand is generated by online channels. The job mission of this role is to increase our presence in online channels, identifying, targeting opportunities for new account acquisition and business growth within existing accounts.
As the Digital Growth Manager, you will drive the strategic development and continuous optimization of IPCO’s digital channels and technologies. You will also play a critical role in our ongoing website transformation project, working as part of the core project team. Together with the project manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery and continuous evolution of ipco.com, including translation management, platform enhancements, and performance optimization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop, own and rollout the digital growth strategy to increase marketing efficiency, lead quality, and conversion performance
· Lead marketing automation initiatives by optimizing nurture programs, lead scoring, and CRM integration for greater pipeline visibility
· Partner with the marketing and sales teams to translate data insights into actionable marketing intelligence and audience engagement opportunities
· Oversee SEO/SEM strategy, data analytics, and performance dashboards, using insights to improve ROI and digital impact
· Act as a core team member in the ipco.com website project, co-owning with the project manager the delivery of all site translations and the future platform roadmap to ensure scalability, functionality, and brand consistency
· Guide external agencies and internal contributors on digital best practices and marketing technology adoption
· Drive continuous testing and experimentation (A/B tests, personalization, automation workflows) to improve customer journeys
· Champion data-driven storytelling, ensuring KPIs translate clearly into business value
· Stay ahead of evolving trends in digital tools, analytics, and emerging technologies (AI, intent data, personalization engines)

The Digital Growth Manager reports IPCO’s Head of Marketing & Communications and is part of IPCO’s Marketing Team. This person will work closely with:

SKILLS
· Strategic thinker capable of connecting market insights, technology, and brand storytelling
· Analytical mindset with strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and marketing performance optimization
· Hands-on experience digital outbound campaigns on different channels and managing inbound demand
· Hands-on experience with website management, CMS platforms, and multilingual site delivery
· Solid understanding of marketing automation and CRM (Dynamics 365 preferably)
· Proficient in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics)
· Experienced in project collaboration with cross-functional teams and technical partners
· Excellent communication skills and adept at presenting insights to senior stakeholders
TECHNOLOGY
· Digital Advertising Platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms for campaign creation and management
· CRM: tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce
· Marketing Automation Platforms: Tools like Dynamics 365/Customer Insights, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot for automating marketing workflows and nurturing leads
· Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms for tracking and analyzing campaign performance
· Content Management Systems (CMS): Platforms like Contentful, WordPress, or Optimizely for managing and publishing digital content
· Email Marketing Software: Tools like Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, or SendGrid for managing email marketing campaigns
· SEO and SEM Tools: Software like Moz, SEMrush, or Ahrefs for keyword research, site audits, and tracking search engine rankings
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field
· 5+ years of working experience within marketing and/or sales, preferably in a global B2B environment
· Fluent in English and able to (occasionally) produce copy in this language
