About the Role
Support the design, development and execution of global compensation, benefits, HR processes, systems, and analytics to ensure fairness, transparency, and efficiency. Provide expertise and reliable HR operations support across countries.
The role is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with the European Union’s Pay Transparency Directive. This includes overseeing the implementation of policies and processes that promote pay equity, transparency in salary structures, and the right of employees to access information regarding pay levels and criteria.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Support the development and maintenance of global C&B structures, including salary review cycles, bonus models, and benchmarking.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to secure competitive and equitable pay practices.
HR Processes & Compliance
- Coordinate and improve global HR processes (e.g., performance calibration, promotion cycles).
- Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and equity requirements across countries.
- Coordinate payroll providers and mobility policies (expatriates, relocations, benefits administration) as relevant.
HR Systems & Analytics
- Act as system superuser and drive implementation, governance, and optimization of HRIS and other HR tools.
- Prepare and deliver HR analytics, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in HR data management
Leadership & Collaboration
- Work closely with CHRO, HRBPs, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, translating HR policies and processes into practical guidance for managers and employees.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for HR operations questions across the business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR, with focus on Compensation & Benefits and HR systems in an international context.
- Good knowledge of C&B frameworks, benchmarking, and salary review processes.
- Experience with HRIS (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar) and strong analytics skills.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and ability to manage multiple priorities across countries.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to influence leaders.
- High integrity, structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and data.
