About the Role
IPCO-NAFTA is seeking a Service Manager to lead our Technical Service Department and build a proactive, customer-focused culture. This role oversees installation, maintenance, and repair operations while ensuring safety, quality, and financial targets are met across the NAFTA region.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a proactive service team
• Manage budgets, payroll, and service contracts
• Oversee safety compliance and quality audits
• Recruit, train, and schedule service personnel
• Support technical troubleshooting and customer presentations
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years in technical service management (rotating equipment preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude; welding experience a plus
• Proven leadership and communication skills
