We are recruiting an HR Business Partner to Breda in the Netherlands. (0,6 FTE)

As an HR Business Partner at IPCO, you will split your responsibilities equally between global and local HR matters. This unique role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives at the global level while staying hands-on with HR operations at our Breda office. You will be a key partner in driving HR excellence, supporting both international and local teams, and ensuring alignment with IPCO’s strategy.

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for Breda and Benelux employees, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on HR projects and policies, performance management, and team development.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting IPCO’s core values and company culture.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch labor laws and regulations.

Your profile

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education (preferably in HR or related);

• Has 3-5 years of work experience in an HR position, ideally in an international environment

• Has knowledge of Dutch labor law; experience with global HR frameworks is a plus

• Has a good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written

• Is willing to travel (10% of the job)

• Has the ability to keep an overview, is structured, organizationally sensitive and with high integrity

• Has strong communication skills, is self-assured and can navigate difficult situations effectively.
