Job Title: Aftermarket Sales and support
Reports to: Aftermarket Manager/Assistant Manager
SUMMARY: Act as liaison between Company, Principles and Cstomer ensuring all facts of after sales and services are addressed to facilitate future sales.
The ideal candidate will be very comfortable using their hands to prepare reports, PPTs, Strong computer skills, prepare quotations, orders, tendering activities, ISO documentation, Invoicing, Payment collections, Timely despatches, Import-Export awareness, Dealing with Govt. Refineries someone who is well accustomed to Process/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Willingness to travel up to 20 or 25% of the time.
- Visit existing customers for negotiations, business meetings, Exhibitions, Inspections with the purpose of increasing spare parts sales.
- SPARE PARTS AND SERVICES
- Communication with principles and customers related to enquiries, quotations, Orders, Order confirmations, Despatches, Shipping documentation, Payments.
- Maintain Enquiry, Order, and Invoicing registers.
- Preparations of quotations, Order confirmations from CRM/M3
- ISO Documentation for spares, equipment, and Steel Belt services.
- Making the service agreement proposals and follow ups for the orders.
- Meet exceptional customer requirements like TRC, 10 F, No-Pe, SES, No Claim, WC policies, Insurance policies, Safety trainings, PPE ---etc. Work on different customer portals.
- Warehouse management and maintain the stock of consumables required for steel belt services. Procurement of capital equipment’s for Steel belt services.
- Travel bookings for internal service providers.
- TENDERING
- Downloading, Preparations and Uploading the tender documents. Resolving all the queries related to tenders.
- SELLING OF SERVICE AGREEMENTS
- Making and submission of proposals. Follow ups till the orders.
- Additional future expectations are working in D365 for contract penetrations and PBI.
- Requires full participation in the implementation of IPCO’s quality, health, environmental and safety programs.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Mechanical/Chemical Engineering degree preferred. Two to three years of related experience and/or procurement will be accepted.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, write, and speak the English language fluently.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as specifications, blueprints, vendor/company catalogues and engineering manuals.
